Guess that Dungeon!!

Hello again friends! It's been a while since my last post, mainly due to bashing my head against the wall with Firelands. I think quite a few of my guildmates have lost braincells to match the loss I've encountered. It's cool though, I'm still pretty and Sinestros still has great hair :)

As an update, I've recently gotten a postcard from Klarionn. He's apparently lost in some watery area, and desperately needs help getting free. He's such a funny guy isn't he! He sends his best wishes and all his love (of course it was hard to really make out what he was saying, all I could hear was "blurp, blurp, gurgle, blurp, gurgle"). But utilizing my stellar translating skills, I just know he was sending his love.

So this week, I thought I would begin a new, fun game on the blog! It's called, Guess that Dungeon!

In this game, I'm going to present multiple pics of my and my guildies running a random dungeon, and it's up to you my loyal readers to guess what dungeon it is!! The winner will probably not be notified, and won't win anything. But its all in good fun!

So here is our first installment of Guess that Dungeon!

Got my hair did!!

So after seeing a reflection of myself in another belf, I decided to get my hair did. I even got new earrings - adorable gold and ruby droplets!! SO CUTE!

And one quick picture of what I was looking at, literally, less than five minutes ago:

Well my friends, I am off on another Firelands adventure...and we're pugging this week...so it should be an interesting run...

Interesting Interactions

So this past week has found me, Syrenitee, busy, busy, busy!! Not only did I raid with Team Alpha in the Firelands (pics in my previous post) but I also joined forces with Ailem and Team Omega to help them in their raiding adventures.

Even being busy, I had some time to have some interesting adventures while questing in the Firelands.
First, while doing one of my quests, I realized that it was an interesting occurrence - Horde and Alliance working ... together. I know, I know, it wasn't PvP, but there we were, fighting mobs as a group....it was mesmerizing...yet...had a sense of wrongness. I don't think that should ever happen again, but you can see it, in pictures!!

After that somewhat creepy, yet spectacular event, I moved on in my questing and fell...down a big hole. I felt silly at first, I mean c'mon! It was a big hole and I fell in it!! How nwbie is that?! But I felt better when I saw the skeletons surrounding me. That meant that I wasn't the only one who nwbly died in the ... hole...

Later, I came across this crazy path!

Thinking about how I don't wanna die...again...

As I was contemplating the best route to take across this path, I looked to my left and *gasp* there was my doppelgänger!!!
It was crazy, this other blood elf looked just like me, complete with armor, hair, earrings, OMG it was insane!!

One of these things is not like the other!!

By the way, we did take down Magmaw. Because the Blood of the Exiled is uber like that!

NOW!! As promised, here is an update about our Firelands raiding. We downed our first Firelands boss last night, Shannox went DOWN!

Tonight we worked on Beth, she's a bish! We've made a lot of headway, worked out some kinks and learned alot about her mechanics. I expect that next raid night, we'll have her down. Here is a view of her...

For some new and exciting news, we've been told today by our raid leader, Sinestros, and our Guild Leader, Lyspies, that we're going to start working on Bastion of Twilight in HEROIC mode! Whats that mean, you ask? That means we're going to start working on beating the crap outta Sinestra! WOOT!

Raiding in Azeroth!

So recently, my friends and I have been face raging on the bosses of Cataclysm. We started off at Baradin Hold, checking out the new boss; this guy is a beast (literally!) - we're talking a two-headed, multi-eyed dog. I'd hate to be the one to take this guy out for a potty walk!

 We found this guy to be somewhat interesting. Really, after we figured out the mechanics we got him. Cake walk. Happily enough, he drops some really pretty gear for us, and a few of my friends were lucky enough to score some nice purple pieces.

After we showed this guy who leads his collar, we moved on to the Bastion of Twilight and helped Cho'Gall choke.

I spy a Horde balloon.

 The Blood of the Exiled continued our raiding fun the next night, where we headed over to Blackwing Descent. We moved through those bosses easily enough as well.

Sorvy and I weren't impressed with Maloriak. He's Fail.

Ever heard the expression, "Let sleeping dragons lie?" We didn't either.

We're cool like this.

The real challenge came when it was time to get Nefarion and his dead sister Ony. We got 'em though, sounding off a victory for Blood of the Exiled.

It wasn't too much later after this that Snicks pointed out to us that we only needed to get Big Al and we'd have our Titles, "Defender of A Shattered World" AND we'd be able to get the mount, a cool-as-hell Dark Phoenix. I like having my title. And my mount!

Therefore, on we went to the Throne of the Four winds.

Contemplating if it'll be pwnage or deathage...

Sorvy and I weren't daunted. We were just wondering where our clean undies were.

I'm proud to say that we did a one-shot on Big Al! That made for ANOTHER success for Blood of the Exiled, we are now ranked 26 on Thunderhorn! Not bad for a ragtag group of friends, eh?

We've moved on to the Firelands now, which will be plenty of fodder for my future posts, but in the meantime, I'll leave you with this teaser:

Fashion Show mini-post!!

So today my friends, I spent some time trying to decide what to wear. I just couldn't figure out what to put on that would work with my mood. You know, I do have tier gear and pretty purple pieces, but sometimes, a girl just wants to feel pretty. I mean, we all know that I could kick any gnomes ass any day, but I want to look good while doing it!

Scary Tier Gear. Who wants to wake up to this in the morning?!

Tuxedo. Looking good while intimidating those Alliance!

The peasant dress. Quite comfortable.

The pretty date dress. This is the sweet one that says, "Dagger? What dagger?"

I think this one makes my butt look big.

I totally fancy myself a model, as you can see, I offered up some of my best modeling moves here. The only other Horde toons who are better models are blood elf males. They have great hair.

Me and My Horde Balloon!

I recently acquired a new vanity pet, in the form of a Horde Balloon!! Yes, I know what you must be thinking, "What kind of cool blood elf is this?!" I have to respond, "A cool-as-hell Blood Elf!"
So I figured I would commemorate this with a first ever, but not to be the last, installment of "Me and My Horde Balloon!"

This will be a collection of photos featuring me and my badass Horde Balloon as we travel Azeroth!

Perhaps the most obvious place to start is with Garrosh. He didn't like the Balloon. But that's only because he doesn't have one. I told him how to get it, but he said that being the leader of the Horde precluded him from being able to prance around with a Horde Balloon. His loss.

The next stop that I felt was mandatory was Undercity; there I visited Lady Sylvanas. She's kinda creepy; I think a balloon would make her day. But she'd probably just pop it, or give it the plague. Who knows?

After that, I thought about how much fun it would be to visit some Alliance towns and make them wish they were the proud owners of a Horde Balloon!!

My first stop was Darnassus -

Unfortunately there weren't many other people in Darnassus and the guards weren't too friendly, so I left. And headed over to Stormwind!!

The guards I encountered were so jealous of my Horde Balloon they made it their mission to destroy it (and me). I had the last laugh, as I farted on my way out.

From there I realized that the cities were fail, so I began my archaeology, happily skipping along with my Horde Balloon. At one dig site, what should I find? But Alliance scum attempting to quest!! So me and my Horde Balloon had some fun. I followed them around, and around, and around, making them wish they had a balloon as cool as mine!

After some time, I got cold and bored, so I joined a dungeon to down the holiday boss, Ahune. And, of course, I couldn't resist:

Finally, the end of the day approached, and I wanted nothing more than to spend time with my favorite smelly, blue Troll:
